It's not as simple as Pokemon randomly evolving into other random species of Pokemon, like, say, Sprigatito into Mewtwo or Pikachu into Flareon. For one, Mewtwo is not part of any evolutionary line. I think some NPC named Snacksworth makes some lunchboxes for Legendary Pokemon (for all the previous gens except for G6), provided you do a certain number of missions.
