you will keep up to 4 copies of most cards from BW on, 1 copy of each Radiant Pokemon, and 59 copies of energy, any other cards will be converted to credits, and decklists don't transfer. All alt-art cards can be accessed via the available button underneath when you select them in the deck building screen

click "available" under the card and the other versions will show up

your opponent probably conceded during the animation, this was supposed to be fixed last update but nothing changed, hopefully we get a new update before the 9th to fix this bug properly

I've been playing since silver tempest and still have some cards to get to, funnily enough, a fifth of the cards i need are bulk

Did you get it from your discard pile to your deck or hand before this bug

Copies of cards you have 4 or more of and all cards pre Black and White expansion are converted to credits. You can access other rarities by clicking the available box and scrolling to the one you want

this is because of a desync. make sure your environment has a stable connection
