Probably just me, but my experience with PTCGL has been fine. And on the opposite, my experience with PTCGO was awful.

@skyechan Tool jammer only works against tools in the active.

The three cards the game shows when it loads are cards with game breaking bugs, they'll be playable again once those bugs are fixed.

It could be a random one-of-a-kind problem. Something very similar happened to me in PTCGO and apparently never happened to anyone else.

Adding to what kot said, it also shows possible actions. If the pokemon has an ability you can activate, it shows as a green arrow. If you already used it's once per turn ability, it shows as a red arrow.
