You will not get them back... cards before Black & White series are gone after you migrare to TCG Live.

No problem. You can also view cards organized by expansion in the Expansion tab under the Shop, but it's bad... it doesn't have a seach bar or filters and only have cards from Sword &Shield and Scarlet & Violet series, so it's not that useful. The current only way to browse all your cards it's from the deck builder.
