If you are talking about the ones made exclusive for TCG Online, they are quite old... and are not transferable to TCG Live.

That is just a visual bug, the numbers 1 you see is just a place holder in the programing language. Your quests will reset normally by tomorow.

It's a known bug, the support has already said that they informed the dev team about it.

I agree with all your points except in the 2nd point I don't think it's a glitch, it's just deck building bad design the rarity display is not intuitive.
