In the main menu click DECKS, after that you will see on the top left corner a button to switch between Standard/Expanded you select Expanded then just click Create a Deck and select Create a deck for the expanded format or Import. On the deck builder just drag and drop the cards to the deck area.

Usually that means an error occurred "on your side" and your opponent already won, but that bug makes you keep waiting for nothing. Basically if the timer gone longer then it should or no timer at all for long time, means you lost the game due to that game error.

The dialga in your deck (right side) also count so in total you have them all. If you remove them from the deck you will see all the copies in the Card Library. Also the golden one is stacked with the others in the deck builder.
