No surprise that the post above from TrechHog is false, that boy seems to like to spread misinformation in multiple occasions. You can use Rocky Helmet from Vivid Voltage in Standard format. In the future if more reprints come out you may even be able use more cards of that set in Standard... we will see.

Sim, concordo ainda precisa muito tempo para chegar ao nivel de estabilidade do PTCGO tendo em conta a quantidade de problemas por resolver e funcionalidades em falta. Por agora já ficava satisfeita se tratassem dos bugs que interferem na jogabilidade, é muito frustrante perder uma partida injustamente devido a bugs.

Did you have a basic energy in the discard? Was your Pokémon KO'd by burn/poison? Raihan only works if your Pokémon is KO'd during your opponent's last turn and a basic energy is in discard pile. Checkups happen outside the player turns so burn/poison KO's during checkup won't meet the requirement to use Raihan. Also…
