Fehler 10099 am Windows Client

Moin Leute,
bekomme seit dem Ende der letzten Wartungsarbeiten nur noch den Fehler 10099 angezeigt.
Ich habe bereits mehrfach neu installiert und alle Daten von der Fesplatte entfernt.
Gibt es dort Abhilfe? Am Tablet läuft es problemlos (abgesehen von meiner leistungsschwachen Hardware) ^^
